Realtor A showed me a house. We didn't sign a Buyer's Representation contract. I later don't like realtor A for whatever reason and want to switch to realtor B. Legally speaking I figured there was no breach of contract since none was ever signed, but would this cause any other sort of problems down the line when closing the sale with realtor B?
Is there any headache if I want to switch a buyer's agent without having signed a Buyer's Representation contract?

It will probably piss off Realtor A but rough shit, there’s no contract. I was sent what I thought was a rather onerous buyers contract for a year and I never signed it. The realtor sends me listings and texts still. I’ll let him figure it out when I buy something without him.
