What’s a good cheap safe option to stay somewhere to sleep and eat for 2 weeks for only about $500?

Just to give a quick reference point where I am, I'm in the south jersey area. Open to all suggestions, even if it means getting creative and sleeping in my car but not sure how realistically that could work. Depends on the area maybe if one suggests a good spot to go and park in. Just need a mini getaway out of my house but don't want to spend thousands on that idea. I don't mind getting the necessary equipment like portable power generators, cooking outdoors, etc.
