      Using a vehicle for business purposes such as retail delivery of goods is a common denial. It’s more common these days with people working for third-party apps like Uber Eats, etc.

      If Nationwide and the police won’t tell you who he was delivering for you can contact the driver and ask him. If he refuses, file a lawsuit against him and/or the vehicle owner (depending on your state).

    2. You can try and sue them. But it is hard to get money from someone who doesn’t have any.

      This is why it is smart to carry more than liability on a vehicle.
