So I've done LEAPS and PMCC strategy for a few years from 2020 to roughly 2023. I liquidated but want to get back into it. I still have level 3 options. Just bought a long call ITM but it won't let me sell a short call OOTM. Did NOT try to do it in the same order. The support bot said that Robinhood does not allow diagonal spreads, no matter what level of options trading you have. Is this true? When did this change? Has anyone else had an issue doing any PMCC?

I do them all the time on RH, in fact I have several going on right now. There must be something else going on.

Update: obvious user error. Got it fixed. Thanks for the replies.
They block box spreads and don’t allow stop orders on spreads. And don’t have conditional orders. All things that I can do on webull, another free broker. If I had a more successful strategy I’d use TOS or IBKR. But my margins are razor thin typically, so i cannot afford the hundreds of dollars in fees for actively trading option spreads there unfortunately (yet)
