What are people’s views on Walsh being confirmed and Tillis blocking the confirmation? Does anyone think the block will be successful up until the point the DOJ probe is fully resolved.
I’m wanting to buy a put spread on SPY not sure where though.

About a week and a half ago Tillis said that he is satisfied with the DOJ dropping the probe and he will not hold up the confirmation process.
