BTC pushed above $80K… but now it’s slowing down a bit.
Structure still looks bullish overall, higher highs and higher lows.
But short-term momentum seems to be cooling off.
RSI dropping, MACD weakening… looks like the market is taking a breath.
Not necessarily bearish — could just be consolidation before the next move.
So the real question is:
Do we push higher from here…
or do we need a deeper pullback first? 🤔
BTC holding above $80K… strength or just a pause? 👀

Consolidation, not weakness.
RSI cooling and MACD flattening after a sharp move is textbook – momentum indicators lag price, so this is normal digestion, not distribution.
The real test is where the next dip holds. $77-78k is the level to watch. If buyers show up there, that’s your higher low and the next leg sets up cleanly. If it breaks, you’re looking at a deeper reset toward $74k before any real continuation.
Short-term – sideways to slightly down is the most likely path. Medium-term – structure is intact and nothing here changes the bigger picture yet.
Watch spot volume and ETF flows on the dip. That tells you more than any oscillator right now.
