Call me crazy if I am but while I really want to get the Amex cards I might as well bet on a Green refresh this year and get that welcome offer before getting the gold and plat.
I’m begging Amex to make the green viable so I can have all three and business cash plus.
I’ve been going credit card 5% maximus for awhile and I’m ready to settle into one ecosystem. I chose Amex and now I’m just waiting.

Is there any sign that that’s a thing they’re planning to do? We can all dream but I think you might be waiting for a long time.
Unfortunately amex seems to run with what seem like silly or at least not competitive cards for a long time. Look at the plum card lasting for almost 20 years, and its replacement isn’t much more compelling aside from its sub.
I’m not saying I’m waiting for a refresh for it but in its current state, it has moved Amex charge cards to the back of the line for churning for me. Gold and Platinum I don’t think fit my spend right now and the Green to me is just a bad card
What sources do you have that there will be a Green refresh this year?
