I consolidated my PP loans. I’m now on ICR but want to apply for IDR. I clicked on the application and it said something about was I sure I wanted to start a new application because I had it before. It says going to manage my plan (which I could not find) might give me more options? Should I just submit a new application? I already made my first payment on ICR.

Oh and this is at the top of my screen when I log in:

However, my plan is listed as ICR.
