Like warehouses factories industrial land stuff like that
Where do people usually find investors for big deals and what is the hardest part finding the property or finding the investors

Serious investors dont show up because you pitched them, they show up because they already trust you before the conversation starts. the fastest way to build that is just sharing what you know publicly, no paywall, no pitch, just useful stuff. write the posts, do the podcasts, answer questions in spaces they actually hang out in. by the time you do reach out theyve already seen your thinking and youre not a stranger asking for money, youre someone they kinda already know.
honestly its the same logic as dating, nobody wants to be cold pitched. **warm > cold every time**.
