On 4/1 I received the email from the U. S. Department of Education regarding SAVE and needing to choose a different plan. It says “Your student loan servicer will contact you about your specific deadline to choose a different repayment plan”; however, I haven’t received any communication from Nelnet. Is this unusual? Any other borrowers that have Nelnet as their loan servicer and are still waiting for communication about this?

    Also, does anyone know when the payment counter is supposed to be added to the Dashboard on the studentloan.gov site. Right now there is just a banner that says they will be adding it.

      They haven’t figured anything out, or at least I have no communication

    2. Those notifications will be sent in waves and won’t even start going out until 7/1.
