Prior year NY state tax amendment

I filed amendments to my tax returns for 2023 and 2024. Curious if anyone has experience with this, I'm not sure what happens next or if I will be contacted as they process the forms. Does anyone have an idea of the "what and when" to expect from here?

Note that I do know this tax season has been a shitshow for the state, so not expecting any expeditious timeline. Hopeful but not delusional!
