I currently have a Enterprise car rental through state farm. I am covered for 30 days up to $1500. They only gave me 20 days. How does the process work for an extension? I called SF and they told me to call Enterprise. Enterprise tells me to call SF. Enterprise is telling me they can’t extend without SF approvals and requests. SF says they can’t extend with a supplemental pending.
I only have a few more days left before I have to return the rental and my car is still in the repair shop pending supplementals.
How does this usually work and does anyone have experience with extensions?

They’ve told you the hang up is with getting the supplemental approved….right? So what is the hold up there? What is being disputed with the supplement?
The benefit is actually 80% of $1500 or 30 days until you max out.
So, actually you have $1200 which is probably why enterprise has said you have 20 days that SF has paid for.
I spent 7 months fighting with SF before they totaled the car out.
Had a rental for about 200 days and they paid for 20!
