For months, I’ve been getting charged for the Uber One service account that I have never used and never signed up for. I have been unable to cancel it because it doesn’t show up as active in my Uber. Every time I would call the credit card company to dispute the fraudulent $9.99 monthly charge, they would tell me that they had to put a stop on my card and send me a new credit card. I went online and asked AI if Uber had been fraudulently charging people for an Uber One membership that they didn’t sign up for, and found out that there is a FTC (Federal Trade Commission) lawsuit! AI also gave me a link that took me right to the Help Center and I was finally able to cancel it.

You can type into AI that you want the Uber help center link and it will give you a bar to tap on that takes you right to an opportunity to cancel
