Nothing personal about BofA but I’ve had it for almost a year and my bonus is ending

I am receiving 6% on restaurants but in June the extra will be ending and I’ll be down to 3%

Any other CC have a higher % back than 3% ?

Best % back CC on restaurants other than Bank of America

Amex Gold has 4x MR if you value points.

Can also always open another BofA card and either change your category on your current card or close it. The 6% promo is still active for new accounts.

WF Autograph has 3x points (=3%) so its equivalent, but not greater. The 3x of Autograph also covers a more than 1 spend category.

Citi Custom Cash. Quarterly there can be good ones. Discover right now. Freedom Flex some quarters.

      – Best cashback: Citi custom cash (5% on up to $500/cycle)
      – Best uncapped cashback: Any 3% restaurants card (Savor, CFF, etc)
      – Points, with AF: Citi Strata Elite, Amex Gold, CSP/CSR
      – Points, no AF: USB Altitude Go, WF Autograph

US Bank Altitude Go is 4% if you also have a checking account. Same for its Elan clones.

Citi Custom Cash, 5% up to $500/mo. US Bank Altitude Go, 4% up to $2,000/qtr. Verizon Visa, unlimited 4% but effective cap is enough points to cover your Verizon bill. Chime Prime, 5% up to $1,500/mo. Citi Strata Elite, 6x on Citi Nights and 3x otherwise, even without transfer partners still 6% and 3%. AmEx Gold, 4x up to $50,000/yr, even without transfer partners still 4.4% via Invest with Rewards.

If you can realistically offset credits, Amex CS Platinum with the Amex Gold…becomes a 4.4% cashback on dining and groceries

    7. It’s ending??? Damn I was going to apply later this week.

In that case, any card other than Citi that gives good cashback on gas?

I use Amex gold with Schwab platinum. So 4.4%. But gotta make sure it’s worth it for the annual fees. Gets pricey.
