Curious what people think.
What credits would make sense for the Green? Would you like it to continue to act as an entry level everyday card or should it complement the other cards?
What would you like to see in an Amex Green refresh?

I think including a few Centurion lounge or priority pass passes could be a big boost. The card used to have lounge buddy and they never really made up for it. The only thing going for it is clear which is niche and not great.
I also feel the card doesn’t fit into the ecosystem at all unless someone is a heavy public transit user. 3x gas could be a decent thing to throw in not covered by other cards in amex’s line up. A 2x catch all could work too since most other ecosystems offer it and yes I know BBP exists
Honestly id like to see a 3x on Gas. I feel like thats the only everyday category that are not covered by the Green/Gold/Platinum.. and i feel like the Green doesn’t pack a punch as much as the other 2 so it needs something small just to help it keep up, or even a 2x on all Travel. .. obviously just an opinion
Literally nothing. I love the card as-is.

If I must, then an Amex Green refresh that I would like are:
* Dropping Clear Plus and replace with TSA Precheck/Global Entry credit
* $50 Resy Credit ($25 per semi-annually)
* Credit for either of the following:
* $100 Hotel Credit
* $100 Priority Pass (Standard)
This may never come true but would love this so much.
3X broad travel and gas, 2X non-category, primary rental car insurance, CLEAR, $100 once a year Resy credit, $195 annual fee with a $50-100 discount if you also have a Platinum card.
Make it slot in neatly with the other charge cards.
One of them needs a better gas point multiplier. If it’s Green, so be it.
Lounge access. A few visits. They took away lounge buddy.
