I’m not planning on it now, but one day I will end up selling my bitcoin many moons from now. I bought off Coinbase and transferred to a cold wallet.
When the day comes what do you recommend? I bought off Coinbase but heard strike has better spread rates. I’m not familiar with strike, but I don’t want to lose too much when I sell on fees and spreads.

It’s easiest to do your buying and selling from one platform. Everything is tracked easier for taxes. I recommend Strike or River if you have access to one of those. Also recommend storing it through a hardware wallet such as a Trezor Safe 5.
As you said it’s many moons from now, pick the best exchange at that time in the future. As some of today’s exchanges may not still be around your trying to solve an unknown problem.
Write down your purchase info you need for future taxes if applicable for your country then research the best exchange when your ready to sell.
Many moons from now, it may be a/the currency, and you won’t cash out, you’ll just spend it. 1 BTC = 1 BTC.
