Passing through Arkansas, I had a trailers tire blowout, hitting my car with the mud flap, and tire. I was also sprayed by gravel, covering my bumper, fender, and windshield with chips. I called Arkansas state police because they didn't stop, and they asked me to pull over and wait. I didn't get any DOT info. Arkansas SP wont create any accident or incident report to give USAA. Both USAA, and Arkansas SP had nothing come up on the plate, and South Carolina SP wont run the plate because this didn't happen in SC, so they're not obligated. What can I do? I don't believe there's NO information out there.

Here’s the trailer involved. If I’d known I’d need DOT info I would’ve tried haha… live and learn I suppose.
So a semi-truck tire blew out, and damaged your vehicle? Your post isn’t clear. However… no plate, no DOT info, no info you are going to be SOL. They can’t summon information from thin air.
