I've been on the waitlist for like half a year already and during the brief period they've opened up to the public, they've denied me due to "unable to verify identity" and there was no recon line or anything and I simply couldn't get in touch with anyone who could help me, not with them nor the bank they're with now.
Are there any updates on the Shop Your Way 5321 card?

It’s invite only, so I wouldn’t hold your breath. They denied your application and don’t want to give you the opportunity to appeal.
Edit: in March 2026 they changed from invite only to being publicly available.
