Made a Facebook post to rent out washers and dryers for 69.99 a month. Will be purchasing from free-250.00 a pair. I have 5 people already messaging for a delivery. My only worry is that if people will refuse to pay rent then what would I do?
How can I make a safeguard to protect my assets and ensure I get paid.
