Forgot Recertification of IDR PAYE

I am on the IDR PAYE plan and somehow paying $0 a month (called them several times to confirm this was actually going towards PSLF) and long story short, I missed the recertification date by like 8 days.

Now it says I’ll have to pay around $2,600 a month (and I thought 10% of your income was the max????) and I most definitely cannot do that. I am going to try and call tomorrow to see if by some miracle they will let me recertify still but I am panicking. Am I totally screwed???
