Off the wait list today, my set up turns to the Gold Duo.

I was on Gold + VX Duo then realized how difficult it is to redeem for good value in capital one eco system. Spent all my VX points in Air Canada for a mid redemption then moved Chase because I had Freedom flex to capture 5% when possible and there’s a 75k offer for CSP, added Unlimited with 300 bonus. Had great redemption with Hyatt in Tokyo, pretty happy with it so far.

But I think I’ll move all my spending from Chase to AMEX Gold and Robinhood Gold unless certain 5% for freedom flex.
