Hey, so my friend has sent me 21k dollars in bitcoin via moonpay to my moonpay bitcoin wallet , the problem is we didnt take a screenshot and we cant find any evidence that we have sent the bitcoin, and it has been deducted from his account, it is not registered on bitcoin has or the bitcoin detector thingy, what could it be? We cant extract the transaction number as well, my account is new, it has only 700 dollars of transactions, can it somehow be a problem?? Thanks

Sorry for your loss?
Just googling moonpay would have told you not to use them. Did you do NO due diligence?
A fool and his money are soon parted. Case in point.
Why on earth did you use moon pay to send 20k without a test transaction send 100 first and make sure you have the wallet correct and it’s actually showing up there.
Lolll
Buy Bitcoin on a [reputable exchange](https://strike.me), and **always** withdraw to a [non-custodial wallet](https://bluewallet.io), such as a [hardware wallet](https://trezor.io).
You should **never** transfer Bitcoin to others directly from an exchange. An exchange should only be used for buying/selling, nothing else.
If you eventually get a TXID, you can always check it on [mempool.space](https://mempool.space).
