Should I try to get the Capital One Savor on the Mastercard network while I still can? I heard that they've started offering the card on the Discover network to some applicants.

What if they just start transitioning existing cardmembers over as they have with the Quicksilver? I want to believe that they’d grandfather old Mastercard accounts because they did so for old Visas and old $95 AF Savors, but this time around things seem different
If your time is not 60%+ internationally in a calendar year, the Discover network will not affect you
Discover is taken in most to all places in the States.
Decided to be my own guinea pig – I used the preapproval tool without selecting reward preferences (e.g. cashback, travel, etc). I just pressed ‘Skip.’ This resulted in receiving the Discover network version preapproval. I quit out of the preapproval and tried again this time filling out the reward preferences and selected cashback rewards and got the Mastercard preapproval. I tested this a few times consecutively. Very weird but here’s a DP for anyone trying to get the Mastercard version!
I asked me the same question, because i wanted the Duo to travel internationally, I already have the Venture X. But now I wont waste a hard inquire trying to get the Savor Mastercard, even if you are lucky and get the MC, sooner or later it will be transfer to Discover network.
