I too am a Strike user. Cash App is definitely on my radar as well. I even got some free BTC from them

Cash app, strike, and river. The holy trinity.

Just stay the fuck away from anything that deals in shitcoins.

Cash App gives you 5% instant cash back in bitcoin when you pay with bitcoin at a Square merchant through end of 2026, my usual coffee shop hasn’t seen a credit card payment from me in weeks bc that beats airline mile %

Also I use both strike and Cash App, for diff reasons. Strike I used for smash buys in the past bc low fees. Cash App buy from direct deposit is best

For whatever reason, block does not get enough love from the maxi crowd. Listen to the latest What Bitcoin did with the Bitkey developer. They are really trying to build the Bitcoin company.

I love cashapp and I try to tell others about it constantly, and I always get resistance from people who say they have horrible spreads. I buy bitcoin in ver small amounts. I do keep the change, I do weekly $10 buys and I convert 1% of my paycheck into bitcoin all using cashapp. There may be a cheaper place to buy bitcoin, but there definitely is not an easier place to buy it then Cash App. They also allow you to transfer .001 or more to an external wallet with ZERO fees, they literally eat the on chain transaction fees for you to take the bitcoin off there network. If that doesn’t satisfy you, then nothing else will. Jack Dorsey needs more appreciation on the Bitcoin space. He’s the man we need not Michael saylor.

No matter what the fees are, buying Bitcoin at spot prices is never the “cheapest”. Be strategic in your stacking. DCA and ladder your limit orders to prices below spot all the way down to “dirt cheap “, whatever that level means to you. Then let time work for you and enjoy life instead of being glued to charts.

It’s not cheaper than Strike and has a worse spread.
      I just tested a $100 purchase:
      – On Cash App, I would get 122,330 sats at $80,111 after a $2 fee.
      – On Strike, I would get 124,479 sats at $79,579 after a $0.94 fee.

ETA: Cash App has free buys over $2k, so it would likely be cheaper on larger purchases

    8. I remember when they started dealing with bitcoin if you bought often and sent them out they would ban your account is that same case now?
