Every healthy bar I see is either insanely expansive or has 4 grams of protein. I'm looking for a bar that I can eat on the go for some energy and extra calories. My budget is MAX $3 per bar and even that is pushing it. Any ideas or recommendations im kinda stuck rn. I can't seem to find anything good and affordable. Preferable like 15-25 grams of protein from a good source too.
What's a good cheap and healthy protein bar?

an egg probably
I don’t buy bars too often but if you have Costco access there’s a growing variety there for your price point.
IDK what you want to call healthy, but I like the Nugo dark chocolate flavors. Pretzel and mint are my go to.
No weird sweeteners. Stevia really upsets my stomach and I hate the flavor of artificial sweeteners
My protein snack is a cup of succotash. Less than a dollar and good fiber, too. I avoid commercial bars as they had too many grams of sugars to me.
