so a few months ago I had purchased insurance through lemonade for my pet. I had never ended up using the insurance so I decided to cancel it before the next charge and it said it was cancelled but now I’m getting emails saying I have an “outstanding balance” left to pay of 100 dollars and that it could effect my credit score, getting loans in the future etc. What do I even do about this?
I cancelled my lemonade insurance policy months ago and it has still been trying to charge my card?

Call them and ask about it. Could be a billing error or it could be that you owed for some days. We don’t know more than you do.
