Hell no. Your adjuster should push for MINIMUM 70 on the other driver. You were in the roadway, they were exiting a parking lot. Doesn’t matter if you were making a turn, the roadway always takes priority over a vehicle trying to maneuver out of a side street or parking lot. You swerved to avoid the collision, they drove slap into you. You were directly in front of them, and they had “last clear chance“ to avoid the accident.

This could have been avoided all together when your in the turning lane and look ahead the car in the wrong lane
