I just want to preface this by saying my SUV was in proper running condition before the accident.
Over Easter weekend my neighbor ran into the front passenger wheel of my Honda pilot. She was driving late at night in really bad rain and couldn’t see when she was trying to park next to my truck that was backed into the parking spot. At first glance she couldn’t tell it was hit but it was contained to the one area, but her truck looked bad. Her entire front end was hanging off on one side. So she clearly hit it really hard. She comes tell me what happened and she put in a claim with her insurance for her truck and mine. I still opened my own claim just in case. She has full coverage.
Once I hear from the insurance, I go to drive my truck to the mechanic. When I start driving I Immediately realize it’s not safe to drive it. The entire front was bouncing like a pogo stick and slamming down when going over the smallest thing. I get it to the show and find out that the entire front suspension needs to be re done. Struts, sway bars, lower control arms, and the washer hole are all fried. The insurance agree the pay everything but my driver side strut because they said the don’t have to both be replaced but because the other is blown.
I just got my truck back today and it is dragging/ pulling on my driver side when I drive and worst when I’m on the highway. At this point I don’t know what to do. I just want my truck to be back to or close the what it was.
Any advice on what I should do? I haven’t signed any release forms.
What should I do when at fault drivers insurance won’t pay full damages?

Full coverage doesnt mean all repairs are fixed. There are policy limits. If tbey have state it may not cover the dull repai for all vehicles involved.
