This guy has his head so far up his ass he can’t see a thing. He couldn’t be more of an out of touch asshole if he tried.
What an idiot. The price of oil is set globally. Yes, we produce enough oil for ourselves. But the first rule of pricing in business — charge the most that the market will bear and the most you can get away with. American oil producers set their pricing to the global price, even for domestic consumers.
So when the supply of oil is cut by 20% but demand continues to climb, that places tremendous upward pressure on oil prices.
Profit over poor.

I’d add that different oil fields cost different amounts to produce the same amount of oil. It is why we likely will have oil for a very long time. There are fields that you practically can stick a straw in the sand and have an oil well, and other places where there is oil, but it isn’t profitable to get it until it is $100 a barrel.
He’s making his own Democratic Party attack ads.
The way that Hannity is dressed to mirror Trump with his tacky suit and tie is definitely a choice.
