My spirit airlines card annual fee posted a few weeks ago. Called roughly 10 days ago now and product changed the card since obviously the company went under. Lady on the phone said that I would receive the full refund of the annual fee after the product change. It's been 10 days and the fee is now due in 5 days. What is going on? Anyone experience this before? Thanks
Product changed the BofA spirit airlines card into no annual fee card. Not getting annual fee refunded?

wait 10 days isn’t that long for these things to process – i’d give it couple more days before panicking 😅 the rep probably wasn’t lying but backend stuff takes forever sometimes
