    Capital one Spark 2% unlimited

Currently have around $800,000 invested into real estate investments in 2026, and will probably double that by the end of the year.
Have a very high cash flow and great credit score, but capital one denied me for the 2% unlimited today lol.
Not sure what I should do, just opened an LLC cause I want to have all my properties seperate. My brother has lower credit score than me and they approved him for the 2% cash back but it doesn’t have the $2,000 bonus’s if i spend 30,000 first month.

Idk what else would yall recommend i do? Can i call capital one and get a manual look at my application instead of a robot?

I don’t want any annual fees and minimum 2% cash back

Need business card for new LLC (real estate)

Try Chase ink business unlimited credit card. It’s 1.5% Cashback on everything and $0 annual fee. Plus the signup bonus

    2. I am currently using the amex blue business plus and like it but you are going to quickly hit the limit of 50k a year. I believe you can open multiple.

      Chase unlimited is 1.5% back

Some like the venture x biz for a 2x catch all

Wild card approach is just stack biz plat subs lol and rake in points that way.

I own a few real estate LLCs as well.

I use the Amex Platinum and BBP (Blue Business Plus), however, that’s for points.

I also have the Wells Fargo Signify (but doesn’t get used at all). It’s unlimited 2% on everything.
