      Fantasy Constitutional amendment #973: if the president asks to be on the money before he leaves office, it shall be interpreted as irrevocable instruction to the secret service to shoot him dead. Then the test of the Treasury department can go ahead and talk about who’s on the money, if anyone’s still interested
