      The media bombastasism of POTUS is actually a manufactured "distraction" to divert the attention of the general populace to the sublime systematic layering and also minimalization of viable humans in environments… whereas large scale genocides cannot occur but natural selection does and as humans die off they cannot and are not being replaced with other viable ones thus we have environments that are now replicas of former known ecosystems yet are totally artificial nevertheless the general population is still unaware of this ever so subtle change because it is not a lack of anything it's just replacing what exists with identical structures etc and also the introduction of convenience to facilitate that inability to distinguish the former from the present which is the truly unsettling part of this current situation because it is not a "new" world or "modern" world which implies static. It is dynamic which is the scary part for individuals unaware of this constantly shifting digital tectonic activity

      Stop approving and building giant A.I. data centers. #1, they are monopolizing access to SDD drive components. A cheap SSD backup of 1-Tb used to cost $99. Now it is $299. Storage is supposed to get cheaper, not more expensive. #2, they will soon be obsolete. Personal computer manufacturers are working on totally independent, non-web-based A.I. engines that people can have on their desktop, with A.I. power EQUAL to all the big engines, able to be trained and used by individuals per their unique needs. Investing in all these centers is like IBM in the 1980's insisting companies needed to buy rooms full of AS-400 mini-frames because this "personal computer" thing is "never gonna happen" nor "be popular". In less than 5 years, you won't need these monstrocities. And #3, the "energy minus" that these data centers are causing could be used to make cheaper energy for other uses.

      How about a story on " why fuel prices and rent are not dropping"! cause they sure as hell are not drop around here! an in my 73 years' I have never seen rent drop!. Just because you got your millions now Marie doesn't mean you don't need to investigate things for yourself. The east coast is not the county it's not even the armpit of the country.

      What a load of crap…..let's mention Cushing at tank bottoms….also….how many of those tankers are heading BACK through the strait in the next couple of months…??? Enojoy these prices….for now. LOL
