Wall Street Week | USMCA: Can North America’s Trade Deal Survive?
This week, a special edition of Wall Street Week on the USMCA trade deal. The renegotiations are testing the future of an auto industry built on decades of cross-border integration. And, American farmers increasingly depend on exports to Canada and Mexico as other overseas markets become more difficult to access. Plus, years of infrastructure investment have created an energy market that crosses borders more easily than political narratives suggest. Later, can three countries with different priorities still agree on a common economic vision?

Mexico and Canada can join the US as an equal partner and none of these trade issues exist.
that's a lot of usa propaganda and wishful thinking – canada and mexico made a trade deal among themselves – canada has made a trade deal with china to bring in electric vehicles – which are 1/3 the price of teslas – AND usa citizens don't have cheap vehicles – china is selling ambulances for the same price the usa sells cars ..
Increased Protectionism + Increased Automation (including AI) = Higher quality jobs for U.S citizens as firms race to utilize technology to lower costs instead of sourcing cheap labor, creating greater demand for high-skilled tech and trade workers. RIP the alliance, but Canada and Mexico should join the federation if they wish to reap the benefits of this great country. RAHHHH!!
The United States has had a cheap food policy for 250 Years. Farming in the USA is dying as it dies farm banks are going to go broke along with the farmers. The only thing that will help is doubling food prices
