US Govt. doesn't like competition with its fiat currency. esp. when it cannot tax transactions. BTC probably sticks around but loses its original purpose to exist as the regulations pile onto it. Congress is just working out the final framework. Genius Act passed in 2025. Clarity Act is passed by the House. About 5 federal agencies are trying to get their grubby mitts onto crypto.

You said the USD is “looking ok”. Not it’s not. It’s broken out to the upside, through a major resistance level, on higher time frames.
