I’m worried about who maintains them and house fires from electrical sources like lithium batteries.

Unclear how the tech has mitigated this risk.

I’m not ant electricity, but I know at least of one brand of EVs that have their batteries recalled because they were combusting and burning down homes, so they told everyone to park outside until they fix it.
