I want to become more frugal, mainly with my weekly food shops. Does anyone have any recommendations for tracking your weekly shops and the meals it'll make and the costs per portion?
I'm not that great with Excel, but does anyone use any apps that can do that?
I have been tracking how much my weekly shops are but I feel like having it linked to the meals I made and therefore their cost pre portion could be really beneficial in keeping an eye on food costs.
Ways to track weekly shops, meals and per portion costs?

What you can do is write the cost per ounce of the pantry item on the package, then calculate how much of that item you use when you make your meal.
Example: I make my own spaghetti sauce, and have figured out that it costs me about $11.00 to make a big pot of it. That pot makes 13 servings, which equals $0.85/serving. A buy dried spaghetti when it’s about $1.00/1 lb. package, so that’s $0.13/2 oz. serving. Add about 4 oz of frozen green beans that I bought for about $0.10/oz, and my entire meal costs me about $1.40 (not including the energy used to cook it).
