Bitcoin Bottom: Is BlackRock’s $1M Price Target Still Real? | Dana Love, PhD
The Bitcoin bear market keeps rolling. Or does it? Has the Bitcoin bottom been reached? Is BlackRock’s Bitcoin number valid? And is my old Bitcoin price prediction still in reach?
Dana Love, PhD runs a forensic analysis of whether BlackRock’s Bitcoin price target survives a 50% drawdown. Larry Fink’s $700,000 arithmetic never had a usage variable; it runs on allocation flows. This video traces the formula, the on-chain signal that marked every prior Bitcoin cycle bottom, the ETF pipe that now drives nearly half of weekly price action, the feedback loop between ETF data and the financial press, and what today’s CPI data means for the next 90 days. Stated odds and falsifiers on the record.

I do love your videos though! I might give constructive criticism or raise an opposing viewpoint, but your videos are good. The press is here now, but retail is not. If retail came back, man.
One of, if not THE BEST, presentations on the reality of bitcoin on YouTube in the last two years. Nice work as always, Dana. Love ya
I'm starting to hear only blah, blah, blah out of your mouth and pump your book……….You got anything else Doc?
BTC ATL, $45k-$35k, Sept.- Nov. 2026

Serious investors in bitcoin?

Or when pigs can fly
Buy trump crypto he needs the money for lawyers
Thank you Dana l appreciate and admire your work!
OTC BTC buying/selling increased from 50-60% in 2021 to 70-80% in 2025…OTC doesn't change the price. Without including that fact your projection has to be way off. And "everybody" is not going to do what Larry Fink said…Not in the next few years, not ever. Retail buyers never bout 80% OTC. They alone could have bid the price to a million. OTC buy supresses that…You mention the spot market on 8:10 of you video. But that's not chiefly how BTC ETFs buy. Why? At least ETF buys lessen the supply allowing for a potential price squeeze in the future. But that future has to do with OTC buying diminishing…..
This "if only" discussion about standard allocation % to gold (or bitcoin for that matter) has been going on for ages. It is hardly the basis for banking on a future USD price target for bitcoin. Bitcoin has capitulated/failed its usage utility. It is at the mercy of the allocation % hope/wish. I agree with your assessment of what is required to drive the price materially higher (Materially means more than the many other speculative investments at our disposal as investors). At a purchase price of $60k, one needs to believe in a distinct possibility of reaching $600k (a 10x return) over 10 years (~26% IRR). At $100k and $30k, you get the picture. A lower acquisition price would certainly help those odds. The marginal retail buyer going forward is less "HODLeresque" than the earlier generations of buyers. I just think it is a hope and a wish. Much like gold. Only bitcoin doesn't have the central banks as anchor "holders". Thanks for the video.
They probably will pump it but I would never buy it. It's only utility is to sell to the next person for higher than what you buy it at. Thats it. It is not even the product of it's own white paper and it's inevitable it will be vulnerable to quantum and have to be wrapped on another ledger to move. Since all value will eventually be tokenized I would much rather buy a token for one of the ledgers that will be used for that purpose such as xrp or xlm. It's fools gold
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I'm new to trading, and l've lost a good sum trying out strategies I found in online tutorials. I would sincerely appreciate any recommendations you have..
3:20 Gold doesn't have users, but it has many uses. Electronics & computing, medical uses, aerospace, jewelry industry, there is a big demand for gold outside of just holding it. Although unlike BTC we can dig more gold up 🤔
best one i have seen !
Thanks Dr. Love.
If you've been around Bitcoin this long, you understand Cold storage. You should be mentioning it as an option, so long-term holders do not need to rely on these centralized custodians. The third party custodians are the biggest risk to this ecosystem
Look forward to your breakdowns every day. Top Shelf. Thanks for the Excellent Work and Solid, Thorough Information we can Trust!!
BTC is its accumulation phase – people are accumulating it, not using it for spending. But, unlike gold, BTC can also be a settlement technology. Ultimately, BTC will be "high-powered money" used by financial institutions, international traders, and even central banks and sovereigns to settle tens or even hundreds of billions or trillions of dollars overnight.
Now do the simple math how much does it take to double your investment? When a bitcoin costs 60 thousand dollar? Yep its has to rise to 120 thousand. Why on earth would you put your money into bitcoin when you are not rich? Better put your money into pennystock crypto that can easily double your money like for example Sam Altmans “Worldcoin” now 0,40 dollar cents that will rise easily to 4 dollar in advance of the IPO of open-AI than you can 10 x your investment instead of making rich people richer . 😊
Incroyable! What is your take on the future framework of the Genius act! It seams they have hard time to framework isn’t set in stone.
I have about 5 followers on twitbox. November of last year I posted. 54, because 43 will hurt. No one caught it.
Possibly, in a decade or two.
Have you ever caught a falling knife? Yeah ….me either. Smarter to just keep buying it regularly if you believe in Bitcoin. If you don’t, then sell it and don’t look back.
If BTC becomes a store of value and there are less transactions, instead of being a money that Satoshi envisioned, how do miners get paid and who secures the network if there are less transactions. Just trying to learn…. Thanks
00:29 was this a soveogn wealth fund thats just had serious additional costs due to trumps Iran war? Hmmm
Never trust Tom Lee, black rock or Micheal saylor. Hired to keep u hear for the q4 capitulation.
Like investing in Tesla at 5$. Once capital arrive, it's too late for you.
solo con i tuoi video riesco a dormire
I accept gold and silver as well as golbacks bitcoin and cash for my business
I may not have heard everything exactly as was said, not to mention my interpretation may be off (it sometimes doesn't run on all gray matter). Having said that, it didn't sound like there was any bad notes in this. That's good news.
Bitcoin to 5million by 2030…. 💪
Suggest edit out the AI script. Very obvious this has been written by AI. Happy to send you something to use so its not so obvious 😅

Is it real, boss?
Bitcoin will be used for large payments, like gold but easier to pay people.
Bitcoin will either hit 1 million USD or fade away. The question is WHEN will it happen? Eventually a new phone will cost 1 million due to inflation.
Not payments, not transactions. Bitcoins' initial intent.
Sounds like ai has written the phrases
Black rock does not have a $1 million price point anywhere
Supply and demand is real. Eventually there aren’t enough bitcoin.
If it doesn’t get hacked one person or country will panic buy and it will be hard to get them
It's only those who either don't own any Bitcoin or who have been in the space for a couple of years that cast shade at the prospect of the million dollar Bitcoin.
Those of us who ahve watched it rocket from $1000 to $20,000 and from $12,000 to $64,000 knows it's not if but when.
Really enjoyed this. For anyone wanting to go deeper into the fundamentals, The Bitcoin Constitution is an interesting book with a unique perspective.
500k may be in 10 years
Superb analysis as usual Professor Love.
For anyone watching BTC and ETH: I see a compelling bullish setup forming with strong confluences across TA, fundamentals, and macro/regulatory tailwinds.
Key Signals:
Bullish divergences on weekly RSI, Stoch RSI, and MACD, plus CF&G climbing out of Extreme Fear (now ~33).
ETH’s Pi Cycle Bottom triggered recently (mirroring major 2018/2022 lows), with ETH/BTC showing its own bottom in March 2025 + higher highs/lows and Elliott Wave 3 setup (potential target ~0.0578, favoring ETH outperformance).
Multiple timeframes mirroring past cycle bottoms—suggesting accumulation is transitioning to momentum.
Fundamental Fuel: Rapid AI advances creating demand + Ethereum’s financial rails (stablecoins, tokenization, RWAs) gaining traction. Russia’s banking/crypto integration and BRICS moves add global adoption pressure, while US Clarity Act progress could be the surprise catalyst that unlocks institutions.
Current levels (~$64k BTC, ~$1.8k ETH) look like a lower-risk window to position before the next leg up—potentially sooner than many expect.
