Greetings Reddit!
I have been relying on Medi-Cal for my insurance coverage. I recently have lost it because my income exceeds the limit.
My work offers Blue Cross Blue Shield but checking out the different plans the copay still seems very high for the price I would be paying every 2 weeks. Some of the plans don't even cover the adult dental work I need.
I have a few cavities & a couple months ago a part of my inner molar chipped off on the inner side when I was scratching at it. I checked out my mouth again today & see that I have another molar with a cavity on the opposite side of my mouth.
I have tried applying to Covered California but that was before I lost my Medi-Cal completely so I was denied. Is there a way I can reapply or do I need to wait till the start of next year?
Should I just bite the bullet & pay for Blue Cross through my work? If so is there a plan any of you reccomended for the work I need done?

It appears you’re no longer eligible for taxpayer-paid freebies. Get it thru your employer.
Your choice is work or the aca.
No one can give any insight as to a plan as no one has details.
