I think he just does it to caution investors. Problem is like remember having those bully assembly’s at school the people that are supposed to listen don’t and continue doing whatever they want. The Markets way overvalued and these kids that blindly play with leverage when they have no understanding of the options market or even what a derivative is will be wiped out. Then they’ll point figures at everyone but themselves for why they lost their shirts when all the information in the world is at their fingertips. The world will keep spinning though like it always has.

I was working at Wendys when Michael Burry responded to my craigslist ad looking for someone to mow my lawn. “$30 is $30”, he said as he continued to mow what was clearly the wrong yard. My neighbor and I shouted at him but he was already wearing muffs. Focused dude. He attached a phone mount onto the handle of his push mower. I was able to sneak a peek and he was browsing Zillow listings in central Wyoming. He wouldn’t stop cackling.
That is to say, Burry has his fingers in a lot of holes. He makes sure his name is in all the conversations.

lets be fair.. things can change quickly… we just saw a dip in the AI world that was like 30-40 % of some of these stocks..
if things go bad.. or a few bad earnings, things can drop 50-60% FAST..
but who knows.. maybe All time high soon..
