Blockchain.info withdrawal stuck for weeks

Anyone had issues with this exchange recently? I tried to withdraw cash – to a bank account I've withdrawn to before, I have two transactions sat in pending for 3 weeks now. Their support 'escalated' to the appropriate team but not sure to who because they haven't actually responded. I chased them up after a week, and they 're-escalated' but again whoever received the escalation didn't even communicate with me. Really disappointed as I had my btc with them since 2013.

Moved some btc over to Kraken and withdrew within an hour into the same account.
