I’m lucky to be in a situation with a paid off new Camry, 55k in 401k, 51k in VOO brokerage, 8k checking. Living at home with no expenses making 84k salary. Do I just keep investing each paycheck into VOO long term and don’t touch it?? Really new to investing but figured VOO is the way to go long term

VOO is fine. Add an international fund like VXUS.
Build up more cash for emergencies
Open a Roth IRA

I’m in a similar spot. You should probably add an international exposure as well.
I personally just put all into VT which has US and international
That’s fine. If you want more reading material and things to broaden your horizons, then consider reviewing the material below.

Sounds like you are asking about a framework for what to do with money.
Start with reviewing the Prime Directive in the PF Wiki. It will answer your question and many other questions you didn’t realize you should be asking.

I like this chart by u/apollosmith which highlights the funds necessary to construct a comprehensive and well diversified portfolio.

Don’t forget to live. It seems time to move out with roommates or on your own and start your independent adult life, and you are making plenty of money to do so.
Max out your tax advantaged accounts before brokerage.
Start with company match on 401k
Then max out Roth IRA
Then 401k
Then an HSA if your company offers one
Then put money into a brokerage account.
