I have a good quote from Hagerty and I was wondering what the required daily driver does it need to be in my name and does the insurance have to actually be in my name as the policy for this “daily” is for everyone in the house but doesn’t specifically mention my name

You’ll likely need to be at least a listed driver. Otherwise its hard to argue its your daily driver. Especially if theres more drivers than autos
In my jurisdiction you have to have another vehicle titled in your name, and be a named insured on another auto policy. Just being a listed driver is not sufficient. Good chance it varies state to state or province to province and you should ask Hagerty for clarification.
