I have chase bank and this is literally the fourth time now I am constantly getting hotel or vacation charges. This even happened on my debit card as well! At this point I am lost and have no idea what to do and asked Chase to investigate sometime ago. In addition to this, I have a digital wallet and my old credit card information saved on my MacBook to automatically fill information needed.
Help! I keep getting charges on my credit card no matter how many times I change it.

Visa and Mastercard both have automatic updater services that push your new card number to merchants you’ve done business with before, so changing the number won’t stop recurring charges or a compromised merchant from hitting you again. Ask Chase to disable the updater for your account and specifically request they block that merchant category or file it as fraud rather than a dispute.
