So Trump says 5K to everyone if GOP has both houses of Congress … well, they, um, they already have that … so why can’t he just push that now, then?

But “cheating like hell” is FREE and apparently easy to do according to Trump. So add that to the list of why he has to bribe people with 5k for a vote
Also, you don’t pay out your vote incentive before the vote, that’s Trump Business Model 101. Which to be clear, is just Trump not paying it at all. Ever.
