Do we have to manually sign up for the governance rewards or does Exodus' wallet automatically put you into the pool with Exodus for the 10. 02%
I don't know man …I staked some algorand and some Solana on my Exodus wallet for about five months with each asset, just for the pleasure of losing about $80 to $100 on each asset in that time. So staking Algo is probably not as lucrative as it's been made out to be?
My experience with this at least.

They stopped proof of stake on April 1 and now do something called proof of governance so you can no longer do proof of stake in the wallet. The proof of governance is something you have to do outside of the wallet on a website as far as I can tell and you have to be totally involved with this thing in order to get your % profit. No longer something you can just stake and forget.
