On my federal student loan repayment calculator AND on my application for a new IBR, it showed the end of term date for both IBR and RAP as August 2032, so in less than 7 years?! I've only had student loans for 8 or 9 years. I thought the IBR term was 20 years and RAP is 30? I apologize if this is a naive question — I'm so confused! I don't fully understand what end of term even means but I asked ChatGPT and it said essentially it was the date at which any remaining portion of my loan would be discharged/forgiven. And if it makes a difference, I currently have zero taxable income, so this was all calculated taking into consideration 0$ payments. Also wondering whether the 20 year term for IBR takes into account the years I spent on SAVE? I was hoping for PSLF, but if IBR discharges my loan after 20 years, isn't that even better than PSLF?
Why is my End of Term Date so soon?

It’s probably a place holder date. Yes it is 20 or 30 years. How are you considering PSLF with no PSLF employment.
