Can’t select a new IDR Plan-studentaid.gov stuck in the loading phase? Anyone else experiencing this?

Hello all,

As the title says, I've tried to select a new plan under RAP like ten time. I logged off, used my cellphone, a different browser-but nothing works. The site is forever stuck at the loading phase. It is 5:00 pm ET. Anyone else experiencing this? My deadline is 10/13.
