I have several cards in rotation and I am feeling overwhelmed. Is there any way to retire some of these and still maximize my cashback?
· Citi Costco: 4% Gas
· Discover IT: 5% Rotating Categories
· Citi Custom Cash: 5% Restaurants
· AmEx BCE: 3% Groceries, 3% Online, $84 Disney Streaming Credit (I downgraded from the BCP with the intention of playing the downgrade/upgrade game but I've never seen anything better than the $75 offer. I really miss the BCP for groceries, streaming, and transit)
· WF Attune: 4% on salon and spa, pets, sporting events, concerts, second hand stores. I actually use this card a lot.
· Bank of America CCR: I got this for the 3% online shopping but stopped using it since I got the BCE
· Venmo: I got it when they had the triple cash back for 6 months offer but that's over and I am not sure if I will continue using it
· Fidelity Rewards: 2% catch-all
· USB Cash+: 5% Utilities, 5% Streaming, 5% Cell Phone. This card has essentially become useless for me. My only utilities are electricity and water and I haven't gotten 5% back for either of them in months. I have YouTube TV and the Apple bundle (Apple TV, Music, cloud storage) and it doesn't give me 5% for either of them. I pay my Mint mobile bill once a year and it didn't give me 5% last year
· USB Shopper Cash Rewards: 6% Amazon, 6% Walmart, 3% Costco. I rarely shop at Amazon and Walmart and use Instacart for most of my Costco purchases. It carries a $95 fee so this is probably the easiest cut.
· PayPal Debit Card: I never use it because I prefer to use credit cards
What I seem to be missing with this lineup are rideshare/parking (not frequent expenses), higher cashback for groceries, and reliable cashback for streaming, utilities and cell phone. I would be willing to give up a couple of percentage points for fewer cards in my rotation
Feeling overwhelmed with so many cards. How to simplify?

Venmo, PayPal and USB shopper cash sound like good options to cut first.
If it’s still overwhelming after that, maybe USB Cash+ and Discover next? Especially if juggling the 5% categories is too much work
