Hackers Used Fake Job Interviews in Binance Crypto Heist | WION GRAVITAS

Binance has revealed how hackers pulled off a record $6.3 billion cryptocurrency heist by compromising the computers of three software engineers. The attackers reportedly used a fake job interview and malicious software hidden in an advertisement to breach two employees’ systems before exploiting a third computer to drain billions in crypto. The multi-stage cyberattack began in June and culminated in last week’s theft.
